This course prepares participants for the role as an Associate Career Development Practitioner for work in a range of settings. Associate career development practitioners provide services that help people manage their careers, make occupational and study decisions, plan career transitions and find career information.

Duration & Schedule
The course is designed to be undertaken fully online over a twelve month duration. Participants may begin the course at any time with a new cluster of units beginning every two months. Each unit begins with an online webinar held on a Wednesday evening between 6.30 – 8.30pm facilitated by one of our professionally qualified career practitioners.
Following the webinar participants are expected to complete a series of self paced tasks in the Quality Skills Services newspring platform. It is anticipated that participants attend the webinars and apply approximately 10-12 hrs a week in responding to tasks and undertaking the required reading and research needed to gain a thorough understanding of the concepts covered in each unit. Units covered over the course are detailed below along with the nominal hours required
